Cancellations and Punctuality

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. On time arrival is greatly appreciated and helps us fully accommodate all of our clients. If you are late for your appointment, we may have to shorten the treatment time.

Retail Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within four (4) days of purchase with original sales receipt. No returns on open beauty products. Jewelry, hair accessories, and sales items are FINAL SALE.

Payment

Cash and all major credit cards accepted. For your added convenience, with your approval, we will keep your credit card information in our secure system.
