frequently asked questions

What will I receive as part of the MiniLuxe franchise system?

You and/or your operating partner will receive up to ten days of training at our corporate support center. Your master nail technician will receive up to three days of specialized training. You will also receive up to six days of onsite help at your own location as you start up your operations. You will have access to all MiniLuxe trademarks, product selections, and our unique operational tools. And, we'll provide you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your salon effectively.

What type of prior experience do I need to have?

Although it will not be necessary for you to be a licensed cosmetologist or have prior salon ownership experience, you will need to have general business experience and the leadership skills necessary to learn the MiniLuxe system and develop a strong operations team within your franchised salon. We also expect you or an operating partner will be fully dedicated to running the business. We also look for solid customer service, relationship-building, organizational, and business management skills. But no matter what your skills or background are, we will provide the tools and training you need to run your own MiniLuxe location. We do, of course, also expect that you have the right amount of capital to invest in the franchise.
